Food | Housing Problems

Food | Housing Problems

Most living creatures on this planet only need three very core basics to survive and live happily: Food & Water, Shelter, and Love. Our food is poisoned or in shortage, shelters are expensive, and love is missing.
Since when did we need more hospitals? Since when did we start depending on medications? Since when did food become a luxury that some people throw away while others starve? And since when did our food become so cruel?
Living costs are rising every day. Combine the cost of living with the pandemic, and you have a recipe for disaster. More and more people are on the verge of losing their homes or have already become homeless. There are wastefully empty office buildings everywhere while there isn't enough affordable housing for people. Self-storage units are everywhere just to store "things." Even things have better shelter than humans. Storage units are cheaper and easier to build than houses. Why do regulations have to be so complicated for a human to have a basic roof over their head instead of living in tents? Furthermore, why can't we adopt sustainable housing designs into our housing market?
Sustainable housing reuses resources and produces a sustainable, green, and energy-efficient lifestyle for its inhabitants. Our gardening, farming, and other related projects aim to embrace the cycle of life and nature in our basic needs. Everyone can benefit from planting more fruit trees, veggies, and raising livestock. Things that come from nature should be free. Therefore, the fruit, veggies, and food we raise should benefit everyone who needs it in our community, at no cost.
Support local businesses! During the COVID-19 pandemic, many small businesses were forced to close. Small business owners are regular people who still have mortgages, leases, bills, employees, and a list of other expenses. Many of them have worked hard their entire lives to get to where they are. Some have managed to become successful, while others are hanging by a thread. For many of us, it is the small businesses in our communities that help define the place we call home. Let's help each other out, not only in this time of need but also on a day-to-day basis.
These projects would also create more job opportunities, generate income, offer training, and provide more to local communities. It will improve living conditions and gradually lift many out of poverty.
Education Problems

Education Problems

"Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime." — Lao Tzu
Our education system is not what it used to be. Schools and teachers were once the second home for broken-home children. However, for many reasons, we are now facing a shortage of educators. How many teachers out there are brave enough to push through the struggles and still teach from the heart? And even if they want to, they are often forced to circle back to the "New Norm" curriculums, which have little significant impact on the development and survival of our children.
Our kids are falling behind in many aspects, both physically and mentally. They are struggling to survive in difficult circumstances compared to previous generations. Humanity, survival instincts, common sense, manners, and moral values are fading away. As a result, crimes, homelessness, and mental health issues are on the rise.
College graduates are unable to secure jobs because they lack the "experience" that every company demands, yet those same companies fail to provide opportunities for them to gain that experience. Most Americans are mentally working in misery. They are trained to tolerate their jobs, rather than enjoy and love what they do.
If we already recognize the problems, we should be adopting good practices from around the world and creating an improved version of our education system. Our system should be a blend of passion and real-life learning experiences from local small businesses — people who have been through real struggles, learned to navigate themselves, and found success. Their knowledge can save you both time and money.
We don't always have to learn everything the hard way. Education cannot be measured in monetary terms, and we should never stop learning. We believe that once you gain the knowledge to become more successful, you'll be able to continue the cycle of sharing and helping others.
Family | Court Problems

Family | Court Problems

Family court systems are one of the roots of our problems. It always starts with how we grew up — the family, the friends, the people we surrounded ourselves with. Americans have the highest rate of sending their parents to nursing homes. Americans also have the highest rate of kids growing up in broken homes, co-parenting, or single-parent households. Kids grow up emotionally and physically unstable due to living in unstable household environments, with little to no discipline, and with lack of consistency and support. As the results, they are more likely to grow up without values, carrying on trauma, and struggling with mental health issues into adulthood.
We are on the verge of economic and moral collapse, where, at every corner we turn, we see someone who is jobless, someone losing their home, someone already homeless, someone unable to feed their kids, someone without parents, someone being hurt or killed, or someone who is mentally or physically unhealthy. This is mostly the result of our unjust family court, failed parenting, and ineffective education systems, where bad behaviors are being rewarded, and good behaviors are being punished.
Environment Problems

Environment Problems

They say, "Our kids are the future...." Well then we better start doing something now to ensure they even have a future! We don't want our kids or future generations to live in a place full of trash, toxins, and an assortment of non-biodegradable products. We don't want them to have to deal with the effects of climate change and global warming. We want them to experience nature in its true form. We came up with a plan and put it into actions now, instead of waiting for our "future generation" to fix the problems we created.
Giving is a new gain! Be grateful for what you have. "One man's trash is another man's treasure." Food waste, overproduction, and overconsumption are some of our biggest problems. Massive amounts of edible food and products are being produced and discarded every day. Our goals are to connect food and products about to be wasted to those in need or to the proper recycling facilities, so they can be recycled instead of ending up in landfills.
We learn ideas from all over the world on how to recycle and integrate best practices into our businesses and housing projects. As individuals, we can come up with our own plans to help save the environment. Our plan is to restore more trees throughout our projects. Every project needs capital, labor, and support from people like you!
